Director of SOS Children's Villages DR Congo injured in plane crash

16/04/2008 - Marthe Kangene, director of SOS Children's Villages in the Democratic Republic of Congo, was on board the airplane that crashed into a residential area during take-off in Goma yesterday. She survived the accident and is presently being treated in a local hospital.
