SOS Children’s Villages is an international, non-governmental social development organisation that provides care, education and health services to children who have lost or who are at risk of losing parental care. SOS Children's Villages also takes action to improve policies and practices that undermine the well-being these children, their families and communities since 1949.

Worldwide, SOS Children’s Villages operates in 136 countries where we raise over 78,000 children and young people. Through our many education, family strengthening, medical, and community outreach programmes, SOS impacts the lives of around two million people every year.
